These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at https://www.naturebasedlearning.co.uk (the “Site”) and our online learning platform (“Platform”), where we provide courses, learning materials, assessments, and student accounts (“Services”).
By registering for a student account, enrolling in courses, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

- “You”, “your”, “student” means any registered user, learner, or person accessing the Platform.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or a security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if we believe you have breached these Terms.
Courses, Licence & Access
When you purchase a Course, you are purchasing a licence to access the Course content, not ownership of it. This licence is subject to these Terms.
Your access begins once payment is received or your enrolment is confirmed. Access may be time-limited according to the course page or as communicated to you.
We may modify, update, or change Course content, Materials, assessments, or the structure of Courses at our discretion.
Payment, Fees & Refunds
Prices: All course fees are as stated on the Site at the time of purchase.
Payment Methods: We accept the payment methods listed on the Site.
Refunds: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than the stated proportion of the course or downloaded restricted resources.
After the refund window, refunds may be granted at our discretion.
If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your access without refund.
Intellectual Property
All Materials, content, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by us or our licensors.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Materials for your personal, non-commercial learning.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share login credentials, or create derivative works from the Materials unless explicitly permitted.
Any unauthorised use may lead to termination of your Account.

Technical Requirements & Support

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
