Refund Policy

We provide refunds as follows:

Training Courses
30 Calendar days notice before the start date of the course- refund applicable
Between 15 and 28 calendar days (inclusive) – 50% refund
Between 1 and 14 calendar days (inclusive) – No refund will be given, full course fees apply
Failure to attend is treated as a late cancellation and no refund is given
Notice of cancellation must be received by email and arrive no later than 6 pm on any working day (Monday – Friday).
All fees owed to us are subject to interest being charged if not paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

Resources Hub and subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled within 14 days.

We offer no refunds on the resources purchased.

Events
If you have to cancel your activity, we will refund 50% of the cost,  if a cancellation is made up to 14 days before the activity starts. If you cancel after 14 days unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.
If we cancel any activities, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will give as much notice as possible and will either transfer the monies onto another activity or alternatively refund all monies.
