5.4 Critically reflect on the impact of your delivery of learning beyond the classroom activity on learners’ intended outcomes. Critical reflection on the impact of your session on learners’ intended outcomes, did they achieve the outcomes. What evidence or examples can you provide to demonstrate this?

5.3 Critically reflect on own delivery of learning beyond the classroom activity Include a critical reflection on the activities that you have delivered – use the reflection journal or write a reflection on: What you found works, Areas for improvement, Key learning  Future development.  You can write this straight into the portfolio document.   

5.2 Explain the importance of maintaining evidence of learning. Describe how and why you record learning in your setting Include any records of evidence of learning in your portfolio i.e. how do you report or record the effectiveness of the session?

5.1 Administer learning beyond the classroom teaching activity. Ensure you keep records of delivery, such as photographs, teaching materials, products of work, risk assessments, and end-of-session and student evaluations, and upload the evidence into your portfolio.  

4.4 Evaluate how risk assessment can be managed dynamically (dynamic risk assessment) Task 1– Write about a recent teaching activity that occurred outside of your classroom/place of work, and evaluate how you dynamically assessed and managed any risk.  

4.3  Explain the importance of including learners in risk-benefit process for a learning beyond the classroom activity. Task – Why is it important to include learners in the risk assessment and risk management process?

4.2 Administer risk-benefit assessment for a learning beyond the classroom activity Task – Complete a risk-benefit assessment for your chosen given learning activity occurring outside of the classroom. Attach it to this portfolio Use the template we provided.
